Richard “Dick” Lodge

Chief Operating Officer

Richard “Dick” Lodge joined FSI in 2016 and serves as the director of operations. He is responsible for directing and maintaining all operations, including shipping, packing and kitting, in the company’s warehouse. He also oversees all office administrative and human resource functions.

Previously, Dick served as the foundry supervisor for Lodge Manufacturing, where he ran the finishing and packing departments, and was a government relations strategist for The Windrow Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South at Sewanee and his juris doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
